Overall these are quality bully sticks but they just don't meet our extremely high standards for our regular bully sticks - these bully sticks have some imperfections such as yellowish tips, a small amount of odor, and some tackiness to the touch. These are thick bully sticks and will weigh between 28-37g each (compare to an average of 25g+ for our regular 6" bully sticks). The reason for the yellowish tips and tackiness to the touch is a result of our manufacturing partner cooking these for a longer period of time at a lower temperature to try and remove as much odor as possible. Sourced from free-ranging, grass-fed Central American cattle raised without hormones or antibiotics.
